This is a lovely cottage conveniently situated close to the popular Afonwen Craft and Antique Centre with restaurant selling local produce. The pretty village of Caerwys, Flintshire with a range of shops including a convenience store, post office, chemist, pub, cafe and vet is about 1 mile away.

The cottage has been styled to a high standard and offers the perfect base for a family or group of friends to explore the area.

This welcoming cottage offers visitors a bright sitting room with views across the countryside from the bay windows. You can enjoy the open fire and there's a dining area adjacent to the kitchen in front of a feature fireplace.

There is a step down through double doors to a well appointed kitchen with a beech block worktop.

Upstairs there is a king size bedroom with glorious views over the adjacent countryside and a twin bedded room.

The family bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle.

The outside space includes an enclosed rear patio with seating and a gate leads to a further private, enclosed garden laid to lawn with flower beds and a patio with seating. Relax and enjoy the safe electric waterfall feature and fenced shallow stream.

The cottage is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with parking outside. There are wonderful rural views across from the cottage across a field which offers direct access to valley walks and up in to Caerwys.

Please note there is one step down into the kitchen and the last few internal stairs leading from upstairs are angled. There is a water feature and shallow stream in the garden. Children should be supervised.
